I purchased a new radiator and in looking around i could not find a shroud that would fit properly. I didnot want my fan hanging from the push through plastic hangers. So this is how i did it.I used one of my customers brake for the bends. And i used my plasma circle cutter to cut out the center but you could use a jig saw.
