Class Glass Bodies

MOST radical T"S HAVE RAKE IN THE FRAME,SUSPENSION, TIRES ETC AND BODY HAS A RAKE DIFFERENT TO CHASSIS. HARD TO EXPLAIN...... THE BACK OF T BODY IS SET TO MIMIMUM LEAN BACK POSITION FOR DRIVER COMFORT.

Hi
For what its worth I think the bottom of the body line, chassis line and header pipe should ALL run the same.
To get this right I moulded the floor in after everything else was set.
Its a T so go with what you feel looks good and feels goood. Its real easy to get lots of conflicting lines which means a look that does not quite work when you sit back and take a cool look at the finished Rod

Your car is just sick Gerry.

In deed it is, but a single exhaust? Where is the cross over from the other side?

Hi
Take a look in gallery section to see ALL the pipes in place. It under Approaching Suicide.
I did think about running just one pipe each side but my build buddy told me that was wrong LOL

Is there a company that will make a custom body? I'm wanting to make one that looks like a Dodge A100 with a little 20 inch bed.

Well . . . to each, his own! Definitely not your traditional T-bucket. Oh well, good luck with that!

I ordered a " '23 turtle deck " from Class Glass a coupla weeks ago. Should be done mid January. This is my first "T" and I am working the bugs out of it and personalizing it. It's more fun to drive than any other classic hot rod and muscle cars I've owned!

Glad you posted, dusty. Yesiree, these little cars will blow your mind. More fun than any car I've owned. And I've had my share of sports cars (always purchased as basket cases and refurbished): 64 Jaguar XKE, 62 Austin Healy 3000, 70 Porsche 914, 70 MGB, 69 Jaguar XJ6. The T-bucket is way more of a kick than any of those!

Alas, an E Type was always my dream car. Every time I saved up what they use to cost they had a whole new price structure! Now, I am absolutely thrilled to own a T-Bucket!

Never cared for the FHC.

Spanky - Assuming that you did not put a great deal of money into the car, you are a Wheeler-Dealer!
