I have done some research on the bushed end on the hair pins. Although there are several cars out there on the street with this setup on them, I have found that the use of heim ends significantly increases the articulation of the hairpin at the ends of the travel arch. This upgrade should not be a problem as there are heims available from Speedway and others that can be easily be substituted for the bushed ends.

Well I hate to sound like the bad guy here, but the use of heim ends in suspension Radius Rods and anything that may have any side strain, is not recomended or safe, as they do not have much side strength at all. That is the main reason that safety washers are required, as they tend to totally pop out of their housing under side stress. The big 4 bar bushings, that are offered by many companies, are the safest and best ends for the street... They are also great for mounting most anything on or too your frame...

Well i just went to the free down load and good old pay pal came on and tried to charge for the so called free frame plan is not free I guess I had better start charging for showing how they did the inside measurements for the TR-2. The Big Kiwi says he is getting in line too get paid for turning you guys on to this. Boring !!!!

i just downloaded the plan and there was no fee. if anyone else is having trouble let me know. i will get it resolved.

I also just tried it... was able to download for free... however, I did have to get passed two ads (that most likely wanted some cash) and had to select download slow speed as High speed would have cost $9.95... PIA for sure, but is free!

does anyone have the plans downloaded that they could send me? savefile is upgrading and keeps changing launch dates.Or perhaps someone can post them on this site?

Thanks to everyone for your help.
