Spanky, can I ask how tall you are? I plan to use low-back fiberglass race buckets in mine too, you seem to fit in there pretty comfortably? I am 5'9", 180ish. Good stance too, sits good.

I kind of did a test fit in mine with the body mocked up on the chassis, but I don't have a seat handy, so I had to kind of guestimate, it seemed ok. Whats the wheelbase on your car? looks like about 100-104"? Mine is ball-parkish 96" I haven't finalized the rear axle position yet.

My wheelbase is 103". Good guess!
Also, my seats are mounted right on the floor; I wanted to keep the seating position low since my body is channeled 4".

What seats are those, Spanky and how do they ride? I'm always looking for seat ideas.

I'd looked at those, but I am in Canada, the shipping is more than the seats! I thought I had a old fiberglass dune buggy seat here, I was going to pull a mold off it, but I have looked and I cant find it. There are a couple local Co's that make fiberglass car parts, I can probably get something local.

You're right, Fred. They are really not T-bucket seats, but designed for racing where you need those little side bolsters. I'd like to find a couple of old fiberglass '50's style chairs with a smooth rounded bottom. Still looking . . .
