I realized that after posting... read the directions last!
INDY, I've been emailing with Zach. Waiting for his reply to my latest ideas. I spoke with them some time ago and they weren't too excited about having my car in their shop. Liability, space and it's not the way they do things. I think from watching their videos that they have a process based on the mockups that the customer does.
Your pipes are looking great.

My post #38 on second page was suppose to be a joke. Title had stainless heder's in it and I've honestly never heard a blower surge that bad and thought it was kind of funny. I even used the head scratch emoji. Guess it was a bad joke. Certainly nothing derogatory towards what you are doing Indy.

You have more patience and time plus money than I do. I might buy a set if they will be less than what you have in them. Don't charge me for the kit price + the labor + and the headaches that go into the project.

Yes, pretty much anyway. The primaries will be 1.75 inches and the secondaries will be 1.875
inches. Coming out of the last 2-1 collector will choke down (Venturi) to 2.25 inches, then
expanding out to 3.0 inches, think Megaphone shape. I'm thinking this is where I would like
to put the muffler using a V-Band clamp (Marman Clamp). This would allow removal in just
a few minutes. Some clamps have a quick release, so you only have to loosen the nut a few
turns, see the link below.

You probably won't believe this, but Zeppo Marx .... yes that one, one of the Marx brothers
invented the clamp below.
I would guess about 2 weeks, but this all depends on their work load when they get the
mockup back. They don't have mufflers, but they will build anything you like.
Don't have time for you last question about the sky, have you heard of the Internet ??? ..... Sorry!

Indy, just got off the phone with Zack. GP does do cars at their facility. So I'm going to put together some ideas and go over them with Zack and then take the bucket to him for the build. It may be next Spring before that happens; My tranny is acting up, and the weather here is closing in.
Oops...just noticed that GP is 228 miles from me! I was under the impression they were close to MSP. So I might go the kit/mail route after all. Will be very interested how yours turn out. From the Customer Gallery at GP they appear to do very nice work.

Yeah, GP Headers are in Barnesville MN, not exactly in your neighborhood.
BTW, my mockup kit cost $650, since I wanted the option to build 4-2-1 OR 4-1
header. Plus I spent another $46 on PVC elbows and $12 on 20 feet of 1-1/2 straight
10 foot sticks of PVC at Lowe's. The 45° and 90° are $0.92 each, but the 22.5° and
60° were more like $2 each.
Their kit came with:
6 - 90°
6 - 45°
4 - 22°
If you are going to use a mockup kit, then you will have to build both sides and send
that to them. I don't know how you could do that with what they send you, I used four
22° elbows on just ONE primary tube on ONE side.

Maybe it's time to make the jump to an OD transmission. If you are still interested in a 200-4R, I have two complete trans with lots of spare parts. I bought out a transmission shop that had 3 complete trans (2 left now) and lots of used parts.
I cleaned up all the used parts, dipped in ATF, bagged them, labeled them and put them in boxes with more labels.
