Hi All,

Does anybody have a basic schematic wiring diagram. In lieu of recreating the wheel, I thought I would check first.

Thanks,

Steve

By way of Ex-Junk...

Ex Junk got me through the wiring with the drawing it looks worse than it really was ..

I liked this drawing better

The following are simple, easy to follow diagrams which will enable you to wire your T Bucket. These drawings are for a GM system using a one wire alternator. Study the drawings for a while to give you an idea of where the wires go and why they go where they do. I followed these and did my car. It was my first time doing a car. If I can do it, YOU CAN TOO!

Special thanks for these go to EXJUNK.

Yes, damn fine drawings, man who truly understands his topic makes it simple for those who don't. We had this once before, I think, small oops on the first dwg, the R terminal on the solenoid connects direct to the coil so as the ballast resister is by passed when cranking. OR Use an HEI and forget the R terminal connection altogether.

You can purchase a "How To Wire Your Stret Rod From Start To Finish" from Speedway Motors about $8.00. A great investment.

That's what happens when members use a photo hosting site and then something
changes, the photos are lost to those that come along years later !

You might be in luck if someone knows where or has saved the photo/diagram.

Photo Bucket sure did a job on blocking your pictures.

Here are a few simple drawings to help you wire your T without having to purchase any expensive wiring kit.

One very important thing to remember in ALL your wiring, whether you use these schematics or purchase a kit, NEATNESS COUNTS. There is nothing uglier or more difficult to trouble shoot than a pile of "spaghetti".

It wasn't easy for this computer hater to do as it was not just a copy and paste because the files were too large.

I still got some brain left and can figure a way.

I hate Photo Bucket and they lost/deleted over 200 of my pictures that were saved in the CLOUD and said they could not retrieve them. BS They just wanted me to pay!!
