Nuts all ready messed up and put this in the wrong place over in articles.

My T is violent when I hit a bump. Was worse. I've added more toe and positive caster.
Nothing seems to be worn or loose. Hasn't been licensed sense 91.
HELP. I been reading all over,

Do you have shocks ? What kind, friction or hydraulic ?

Tires balanced? Road Force balancing is considered the best.

Like 409T said in the other misplaced thread .... what's your toe in/out ?

The three buckets I have built have all liked Toe Out......1/16 to 1/8 should do it fine....

Violent how? Lots of bounce up/down, or very hard reaction to a bump, or side-to-side swerve/wobble? And at what speed?

I remember following a bucket that experienced the death wobble a long time ago, at the NTBA Nationals in Hannibal, Missouri. This particular bucket had the traditional spring-behind-the-axle, "suicide" front end, with no shocks. We were going about 45-50 MPH, and all of a sudden his front end just went wild - bouncing up and down and wobbling side-to-side like crazy. I was amazed that the wheels didn't come off, literally! He slowed and pulled over to check for damage (none found), and swore he was going to add shocks as soon as he got home! That was after he changed his underwear. :D

PS - He believed that shocks would cure the problem, though it may have just been an alignment issue.

Mine gave me fits trying to find a death wobble that would happen when hitting bumps. Like yours, mine had sat for a lot of years before I bought it. After going through the whole front end, rebuilding the steering box, etc... with no improvement, I finally replaced the front tires which LOOKED absolutely fine. That was the problem. $150 worth of tires and it hasn't wobbled since.

Thread on it here --> The dreaded "death wobble"...

Yep, try a 1/16 toe-in.....a steering damper doesn't hurt either.....
If you steadily put your foot into it, front wheels can't shake if they don't touch the ground....

well I put more air in the front. better added posi caster better. Put 33 back on better. been about 10 miles. just cam back and it found a wobble on new pavement.

I don't have any idea. I haven't tried to measure it. looks like a lot to me. I'm going to find a way to measure I guess.

got the rear back under it. went back to the front. if my gauge is right and the king pins are mad right, I had about 9 degree positive caster. readjusted to 5. Seems to be fixed!:D only time will tell.
