I’m pretty sure we can rule out commercial builders with that design. If the front forward bolt has a bushing it would be concerted the same as a ladder bar. Be sure there is a pan hard bar. Not the best design but safe.
 
So I guess we can rule out one of the major suppliers for the chassis. Looks like a custom build.
The source for the body may be identifiable, but we need more clues.
 
I live in Southern NM and have been here for 36 years..........Was a salesman for an asphalt company for about 40 years. Worked on many roads in and around Taos.......Artesia NM is where my house lives and I am there if I am not somewhere else, with this damn Covid thing I have been here more than I would like........Nice cars you have there..........

I appreciate all this feedback. What pics or info can I provide to help figure out the body?

The rear end does have a panhard rod, see pic below. Someone had asked about this.

This is the area I have questions about. How is it all connected to the suspension system?

Like the '40s Fords rear ends with long tube bars. The shocks are the only thing that attaches to the rear end and then to the frame--like scissors. Supposedly Chrysler had this on some of their early cars. The pan hard bar and shocks are the only soft points.
 
It would be nice to see closeups of the attachment points for the radius arms to the frame, and axles.:)

I will try to get those for you today when I see it.
