    wheelie bars

I think they're cool, same with rollbars/cages, and other race only stuff. I'de stick a 'cute on the back just to get people REALLY thinking.

    HUH? You Figure It Out.

Gotta be a shoped pic. otherwise its been widened a load and stuck on the frame in a really screwed up angle... and where would you hide the engine? rout the steering? it would be a nightmare...

thats sweet, i'm jealous. you've got a frame, suspension, and a running engine, theres not too much more you'll need befor it'll be a vehicle.

    Movie time!

He said he got it at the nationals from a vendor, Your best bet would be to try to do a search on it... hey its on amazon in a later re-release... http://www.amazon.com/Hot-Rod-Robert-Culp/dp/6300133214 but amazon thinks its worth $60 I'de also recomend getting the original gone in 60 seconds...

oh man, i don't have high speed:-( on a similar subject i just recently saw the worlds fastest indian(good movie, but the documentary on the dvd was better) and a friend of mine is letting me borrow the 1979 release of "hot rod". I havn't gotten time to check it out yet.

    Plans!?

here we go... I agree on the tires, and the headers with rick, but at least the distributor is in the right spot;-) every engine has its quirks. Most of all mine. my starter is in the wrong spot to everyone except the mopar guys, and they wonder why the plugs arn't in the valvecovers...

    Another calculator

honestly they did do a good job on hat one with the roll bar. very tastefull. Still, this is a perfect example of what i harp on everyone else about, proper planning. My own inexperience just allowed me to underestimate my given combination choice is all. knowing what i know now i can take the...

    Another calculator

Heh, so your recomendation is to never race it? or probably get into the gas ever either? I think my best options are either to find some vintage tin with a top so i can hide a cage, or try to find a guy who had a 1955 322 he was willing to sell... theres always zippers modified coupe too, but...
