    3/16" alum. Cheated a wee bit, It's a corner piece from a sign cabinet. They were going to throw 2 of them away. Already rolled.

    never liked the flatness of the body, so I added a rolled piece to look like a rolled pan.

    Rear drum only?

    Been there....Done that , Rear brakes only is not the way to go. Any water on the road will get you into problems.

    Hood update...

    Hoods back in one piece, But, now there is a gap between the hood and side panel from pulling it in. MORE filling to do. Also made up straps for the hood hold down.

    silly fiberglass part 2

    after installing the braces there was still a 3/4" gap between the hood and the cowl....So, Went and made some "pie cuts" and strapped it into shape till the glass drys.
