    Yes, I have cross steering and a lateral control rod on my quarter elliptical front suspension. The ride is very comfortable and the handling is great. Jim

    My quarter ellipticals were made from what I removed from my '37 Chevy when I switched to an independent suspension. There are six leafs and I have no complaints about the quality of the ride. It is very comfortable even for my wife who likes a smooth ride. Jim

    26/27 cowl on 23 body

    That is exactly what I have on my T. It's registered as a '25 and I say that it is a prototype for the '26 and '27 T's. It also gives me more legroom than the '23 style cowl. Jim

    On every car that I've built I paint the engine to match the interior of the car. On my T the red block matches the red interior. Jim

    Getting IN your T

    With a 31" inseam and a 29" high body side I have absolutely NO problem. Even my wife who is only 5' 5" has no problem. Jim

    I also have a quarter elliptic spring set up that is mostly hidden by the frame rails. All and all, with the friction shocks it makes for a very clean look. Jim

    Thanks, T-Test, for salvaging those posts for everyone. I originally tried to make things as simplified as possible by giving colors and wire sizes and breaking them up into sections rather than having everything all one page. Jim

    DEFINITELY get the body FIRST! Use the plans that you have for the frame and adjust the measurements to fit the body. Jim
