    Getting a title

    just depends on who does your inspection... they might care or they might not, Texas law only requires wipers if the windshield is present(go figure)... I didnt even have the windshield posts on when I got mine inspected...

    you can get the title transferred in your name before the car is finished but if the title is from out of state, you will have to wait until the car is finished before you get the title in hand because Texas requires a green slip before they will completely registration and issue the actual...
