I just checked home depot for fiberglass mat and resin. Mat is like $7 for 9 yards and resin is $35 for a gallon -

here's another question, how much do you channel the body for the best look? and how do you mount it? I just read an article in Street Rodder for sept 1996 and the used jeep body mount when mounting the body. Is that a normal practice? Can I put rubber on top of the frame between the body? -

what kind of resin? I found a website years ago that had epoxy resin and "regular"resin.I also can get resin at Wal-mart. -

that's a real nice bucket. I'm trying to get all the ducks in a row before starting a project like this. I've read about reinforcing the body and it seemed it was required. What kind of floor do you use? Plywood? What kind of resin to attach the floor? -

I'm looking at a speedway body, but I think it's more a universal question that all beginners want to know. How much does it cost for the wood to reinforce the body, build the floor, and the resin needed to do it? Also does anyone have pictures or diagrams of the location of the reinforcement... -

27 bodies
Can you guys list who all makes a '27 body. I looked at spirit but I don't really like the seat riser. I'm new to fiberglass work, so I'm not sure how to install a floor and doors. I still think I want a body without floor and doors so I could do it myself. So if you could just chime in and let... -

windshield wipers
I think in Pa you only have to have if it originally had it. Like seat belt and back up light. Also if it has it they have to work( ornamental lighting the trucks have) -
