Fuel Guage Question
Spanky, that was my point exactly. The gauge would give a general idea that there is gas in the tank but not exactly how much.- Neshkoro

Fuel Guage Question
How about a sight glass on the side of tank? I’m curious as to how a gas gauge works in a round tank. I would think the only accurate reading would be half full. Anything above or below 1/2 would not be accurate.- Neshkoro

There’s a garbage dump near where I live. They allow you to drop off used tires as long as it’s just the tire. No rim! They charge $5 per car tire. A little more for truck tires. That’s not a bad deal. If you go to a tire shop, they charge more to dispose of your old tires. I guess it’s...- Neshkoro

A 50 year old bucket that’s been in hiding for 40+ years! What a great find. I didn’t exactly hear what happened to it. Was it stolen? Did the builder sell it to someone that put it in storage for 40 years? What’s it’s value now? -
How much is too much?
Spanky, I agree with you 100%! But there’s something cool about a blower or some fancy injection system. Some of those things cost as much as I have in my bucket! Maybe one day when I hit the Lotto jackpot! -

Larger wheel size?
My first set of front wheel and tires were 14”. C78-14. Skinny tires. Later I switched to 15” wheels. The wheels were 15X5 wide. The front tires are radials and much wider. The bucket seemed to handle and track better.- Neshkoro
