Steel T-Radiator Shells are back in Stock

Glad to hear that the holes lined up. I would think that with care, those tabs can be trimmed out without too much damage. Best bet is with nice tin snips. We'll look at it when you come by.

Yes, they are at about 3-4 degrees on all our frames.

    Ford Motor Mount Location

Steakneggs, The problem with some of the Ford heads is more of a width problem, not a "hit the top of the box" problem. If I remember correct, using our set-up, the Ford motor would have to go a few inches forward to solve the same problem. This has only come up a few times in many, many years...

    Ford Motor Mount Location

RBS, We don't do anything with power steering on the T-Buckets. With the correct steering box, pitman arm length and steering arm lengths these light cars normally would not need or want power. Even the heavier early thirties cars feel twitchy with power. There are a few companies that make...

    Ford Motor Mount Location

The Frame mounts will go in the same location for both Chevy and Ford. The Motor bracket we make is meant to put the Ford motor in the correct location. The only thing we do different is to bring the Frame mount up 3/4" for better steering box clearance.

New Suspension parts from California Custom Roadsters!

The amount of threads showing on the top bar would be ideal on all the ends (around 3/8" of thread showing) and there should be at least 2 times the diameter of the thread going into the bar. You will probably need to trim off the top bar to match all those and locate that frame bracket...

New Suspension parts from California Custom Roadsters!

Those brackets, when used individually, should be installed to match the angle of the bars. That is probably only a 5° angle at the frame bracket so it really isn't that important. The front end should be put in place to locate those brackets and the bars pivot at the axle perch boss to pull...

New Suspension parts from California Custom Roadsters!

That would probably depend on a few things, the length and angle of the rods and how extreme the perch angle is. It could be drawn out on a table easily to determine how much forward & back movement there is in the amount of travel (normally limited by the shocks). We try not to go less than 32"...

New Suspension parts from California Custom Roadsters!

We install the perch with a 3° pitch up in the front. The rest of the degree we get in the adjustable spring perches. If you are not using adjustable perches you will need to do the full 5-7 degrees in the perch.
