    Tube Problem

Looks like the rubber to rubber joint of the valve nipple and tube failed. Is this the new tube or the old one?

    New / old fart here

I seen a company that has 3 X 2's on a tunnel ram, if I'm not mistaking, I even think a member here has one. I picked up the linkage from the company and have it on my Offy manifold. Just wondering on a tunnel ram for your hemi. Hot Rod Carburetors - Custom Tri-Power Carburetors -...

    In-line fuel filter

How does your fuel line exit the tank? From the top or bottom? You can run your gas down or break the siphon action (if exiting from the top) by blowing some air into it (remove the fuel cap first). Nothing beats a good "Blood Letting" just have a good drain pan ready, and drain your fuel out...

    Fuel pump and line clearance

Can you 'clock' the pump? Move it one screw hole towards the engine or spin it 180? You just have to redo the hard line to the carb(s) and adjust the rubber hose side too. That's Hot Rodding!! Leave it BUT keep an eye on it.

    T-bucket springs

When I was gathering parts and putting my front end together, I was following Ted Brown's (RIP) advise. I forgot what he used, it's in here somewhere, He used the widest (longest) springs he could use, they were even wider than where the radius rods were mounted. The springs ran in between...

    Paint schemes

I would paint the engine the same as the body too. You better have refreshments on hand Houch, Spanky will show up if it's a nice cruising day!

    Brake Line Size

I think you should be more worried about how and where to run your lines instead of the slight increase in tubing size. The MC is only going to push so much fluid, the only thing the bigger line would do is lower the line friction, but it's only a little bit of fluid getting pushed anyway, I'd...

Hard or seemingly impossible parts to find???

see if the 4 bar bat wing fits the tube axle

    Looking for info (with pictures)

The spring pads can be cut off and bat wings welded on, but as for make ? Mopar? look on the brake parts to see if there's any part numbers. You need to know the manufacturer for parts or getting a disc brake conversion kit.

Any Spirit 27 roadsters in MA?

Don't have a 27 body but planning on cutting and adding 6" to a 23 one. Using CCR plans, added 8" to the frame rails thinking of using their 8" extended body but came across a deal that had a standard body, so... life got in the way, got to get back to it.

    Metallic Paints

I recall years ago, they would put some ball bearings inside the cup to help keep the flakes mixed

    Painting front leaf spring

Front springs aren't bad, it's the rear springs that can fly apart when being unbolted.
