That will be a cool build. Looking forward to keeping up with it.

    Painting over Duplicolor Primer

There are epoxy self etching primers such as PPG DP-90. That may be what was used. I would ask someone who works where you purchased the primers or will purchase. It's usually best to use products from the same line that are engineered to work together.

    Eatin' Crow

How fun would that be? I bet you would be the only one at any show, auto cross or track day you went to. I hope you build this. I would love to see the build.

    Fuel Line

Forgot to say, alcohol also dries out most rubber gaskets not designed for use with it. Get the government out of my gas!

    Fuel Line

If properly tuned, E85 is a good hi-performance fuel. E85 has well over 100 octane and works beautifully in boosted motors built to run on it. The problem with fuels with ethanol in them is that most cars aren't designed to run on them. The alcohol attracts or absorbs water, that in turn...

    front wheel drive

I'm surprised PotvinGuy hasn't commented on this thread with plans and schematics drawn up and a torch in his hand. This sort of out of the box thing is really in his wheelhouse.

    Cleaning Headers

They make a wheel for removing pinstripes. You can mount it in a drill or die grinder. If it will remove pinstripes and adhesive form paint without damage, it should be safe for coated headers.

    Ford 429 w/C6

I can't speak for Ron, but I think he would be able to make a chassis to fit what ever motor and tranny you want. I've seen some pretty custom stuff he has built and it is top notch.

    My first T build.

I went back and re-read the thread, and I either missed or you didn't say. Is that an RPM stretched body? can you post some more pics that show the body? Thanks Jason

does anyone know what a good size of front tires i should use?

Luke, can we get a better look at you shock/headlight mount?

    Radiator question

All the diesels I've ever seen drag race, shake the tires. We have a great drag strip here in Tulsa, and they have diesel drags at least once a year.

    2014 Nats?

I saw quite a few cars there that I recognized from here. There were a lot of extremely nice buckets and I have no complaints about the quality or quantity of cars there, but I was disappointed that there were no vendors at the show and shine. Were they there earlier in the week and I missed...

    2014 Nats?

I'm going Saturday for the show and shine. Looking for ideas and looking to talk to people about their buckets.
