Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

Thanks for all your comments and compliments. T bucket is now at The Upholstery House for about a month getting an interior job. Pictures to come after the upholstery is done or if I can get a partial. A great time to get it done - I go in to the hospital next week for my second knee to get...

    Tunnel Ram intake

I have driven it about 50 miles, all within our city limits as reasonably slow speeds and it hasn't loaded up at all. I punched it a couple times at probably 1/2 throttle and it was clean. I have my progressive linkage set at the minimum meaning the 2nd carb doesn't kick in until I push the...

    Tunnel Ram intake

I'm running an Edelbrock tunnelram with 2 Holley 450's full mechanical and progressive linkage. It is a little cold blooded with no choke but it starts fine with a little pumping. I'm running a 383 stroker with a 302 duration 502 lift hydraulic cam. It's pretty radical but works well on the...

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

Absolutely......Thank you and I will go to it. Here is my battery disconnect. I installed a push button start button controlled with a regular ignition key and for added safety installed a battery disconnect through the frame at the left rear tire. The push button start probably saved my life...

    A Bit More Progress

Wow! Very nice work. I thought I had a scratch build that was extensive, but yours is awesome. Excellent detail work.

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

Thank you. Hey guys do you know when the regional meet is going to be in Ocala this year. I want to put it on my calendar and haven't been able to find the date. Bucket goes to the interior guy, Mark Papaj, this Monday. Mark is out of Ocala and has done interiors for several award winning...

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

Thanks. Yes, they are Mickey Thompson 33 tall, 22 wide and the wheel size is 15 Radials. (33x22x15) The wheels are 15 x 15 from Billet Specialties. The fronts are 15 x 7 Billet Specialties with BFG P225 50R 15. I should have gone with an 8" wide wheel but they fit quite well..

Clean up and polish time before the interior. Valve covers off to the polisher. T-bucket, flamed golf cart and our car all fit in our garage. The wife loves it!

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

I will have to look up the date and if it doesn't conflict with the NSRA in Tampa on the 1st and 2nd I will be there. Probably the same location? Holiday Inn on I75?

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

Here's a shot of the instrument cluster lit up. Also the Flaming River brake fluid reservoirs mounted on the cowl so the fluid would drain down into the two master cylinders. Also found an award winning interior craftsman who wi The tank seems to work very well. It's a 12" diameter aluminum...

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

Open headers through the side exhaust was too noisy so I had to put baffles in to quiet it down a bit. Now for the interior. Here are a couple final shots.

This is absolutely crazy. Now I have the icon "upload a file" That was NOT there a few minutes ago. Now I can upload a pic. This is a picture before I installed the gauges. I will get a better shot tomorrow. Thanks for the help. You must have fixed it..........

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

I'm not sure why I can't attached pictures any more. I click on the icon "image" and it asks for a URL. My pictures are on my computer from my camera and I can't find a URL for any of them. I'll keep trying to figure this one out so I can attach the latest pics. One more day of buttoning up...

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

Oh thank you very much for the compliment. Paint is Limco black with 4 coats of Limco H/solids LC4100 clear. There is a more expensive Limco clear than the 4100 but it doesn't seem to "pop" as much as the 4100. The problem with the 4100 is it doesn't have as much UV protection as the more...

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

OK. Trying again. Still won't work. Now when I try to attach a picture it asks for my URL. I'll have to figure out what a URL is. Or how to find it for that picture.

Finally the body is painted ready for install on chassis

Hey Spanky. I did resize it like I did previously but the site wouldn't allow me to attach anything. There used to be a header that said attachment or something but I tried everything I could to attach a picture. Something has changed. I finally gave up.

    Unusual front ends

This pic is posted on this website under photographs but I thought it would be worthwhile to post it here also. All scratch built independent suspension on my 23 Ford T-bucket. Chrome done by Ogden Chrome in Ogden, Utah. Wilwood polished aluminum calipers. Wiring will be completed hopefully...
