    SBC motor mounts?

    The motor motors on my engine are a little higher because the frame is low ---- I have a low-profile oil pan and have 5in of clearance, no problem but it is low car, Sorry for not answering earlier.

    EGR and title/registration questions

    Hello --in my state and many other you can register as a Street rod and the car must be real or replica of 1949 or older and not be your everyday driver. This is much like antique plates and don't require a safety inspection the same as current vehicles.

    there a lot of mounts out there --I like these from speedway, are very clean look and easy to install, can't come apart like stock rubber mounts

    Jarrett's 27 roadster

    Hello-- I have a 2800 stall in mine with 700r4 with 327 cu. and 3:70 rear and would like to have more. These cars are very light, mine 1900 #. These cars are not heavy enough to have the resistance on the convertor needed. If doing over would go with more convertor 3000-3500.

    A Bit More Progress

    That is the color of my bucket , I love it . It has almost a copper base coat and a clear red and clear . The copper shows up in the sun at just right angle . Have had a lot of positive feed back at shows .

    Questions reguarding steering brackets and shocks

    Mine has 12in 125# springs in rear ---ride very nice and handles very good. You have to preload it some . No matter how much you preload it it is still 125% spring until it coil binds . Don't think a Tbucket will every get to coil bind that spring . My shocks mount at about 14 in that 12in...

    Rough Ride

    I run frt 20lbs rear 15lbs . But run soft springs coil overs 250 frt 125 rear , ride and drive great .

    Master Cylinder Bore size

    I used a 1" bore 4 wheel disc - pedal ratio about 6 to 1 . Works great Steve

    I have the same master cyl without remote res. standing straight up no problem ---the remote would be even easier .

    is the running the right way --- if the wires are switched it will run backwards ???

    I didn't paint it , my brother has a body shop and he wanted to do it in between other work. That's where the time comes in ,he is very busy. My work time was about 3 years but did everything else but the trans overhaul( lack of proper tools ) . But was fun , did some things different than most...

    Well this is the long delayed update 5 years down the road . Delayed for paint but at a great price . Still needs windshield glass and some interior work , but it runs and drives very well. Engine and transmission work great . Has coil overs front and rear . Next is Registration process . Here...
