Yes, I called them, They have the classic, but no longer have SS Roadster headers, I had a set on my first T and liked them a lot, I was just trying to see if anyone has done business with Southwest Speed in Fort Smith, They are also on E Bay but the price is around $450.00- Waterman

I know this is an old post, I am looking for a set of Stainless roadster headers, Speedway sold them in the past but no longer. I found a place in Arkansas, Southwest Speed, that has them, part #440-2338 for $369.99, Has anyone done business with them ? They have been around for a lot of years,- Waterman

New Air Filters
Well had problems with engine running to rich, tried changing jets on the center carb but ran worse, Found out the 4" Helmet air filters were restricting air flow, Purchased a set of Edmunds air filters from Obrian Truckers, put the old jets back in and now it runs great,- Waterman

Getting VIN and Registration in CA
If I remember correct, DMV can also issue a vin number. And if you get a good person (that is not having a bad day) at DMV they will help you !! Also, go to Mariposa DMV -
Wanted Enclosed Car Trailer
I also am looking for an enclosed trailer, Why are the trailers in Calif. 2 to 3 times the price back east ? Cheapest I can find is around $8 k. and go up from there, If you get heavy axles and 10 ply tires you are looking at 10 K- Waterman

Trouble shooting . . .
Spanky, Next time it does it, do the basis, fuel and spark, pull the air filter and open the throdle if you see gas from the acclerator pump, if ok it will be electoral, then pull the coil wire and (hold gently) close to ground and crank engine to see if you have spark, I use a mechanical fuel...- Waterman

Well after Shorting the frame and paint, I took it out for a cruse, The car handled Great ! and no front wheel bounce, I also added some new rear wheels and tires, M/T tires and 15x14" Cragar SS wheels,- Waterman
