23 T radiator and shell kits?

I currently have a brass radiator but am thinking about going to a chrome shell and new radiator in the 23 T style.

I cant seem to find a complete "kit" anywhere. I was hoping to buy a chrome shell, radiator and electric fan setup all in one nice made for each other setup.

Does anyone offer anything like that?
