All my engines are painted Chevy orange. Why? I dunno. I prefer not to paint an engine black because it makes leaks a bit harder to detect. Not on a fresh engine, but one that has been in service for a bit. Spots where oil dampness can be, is harder to detect. jmo. Maybe because I just don't like black engines.
Color match is fine especially in a bucket.
