Black paint on fiberglass

Bo Jones little orange modified was very cool. I always loved it too. What did he have in it, a Chevy four banger, wasn't it?

Don

I haven't had any issues with black paint on fiberglass. You just need to spend extra time on body prep.

That's right don. A '62 Chevy II 153 cu. in. 4 cyl. w/ 'glide. He was quoted as saying "Traffic had a hard time keeping up with him." He later built another one. This one was white and orange. But the orange and red one is the icon as far as I'm concerned.

My previous T has a speedway body, built around 12/1998. Its been black since 2/2000 and no problems that I know of. Maybe some spider cracking but thats about it.
