Brake Swept Area-Stopping

Still gathering parts, I will have RPM Mustang Two front brakes for my dropped axle, i currently have Chevy Lumina rear disc brakes(used these because of the emergency brakes) and solid rotors, as best i can measure looks like 20'' + of swept area,5 + sq inches per pad x 4 (is this correct way to measure), 165/80R-15 front tires and Hoosier Quick time Pros rear 30.9 X 15.5 wide, will these brakes stop a heavy car ,over 2000 lb? BBC powered.

As cars go 2000 lbs is a lite car. I would dare say most any car would normally tip the scales in the 3000 lb or more range. You will be fine with your brake choice.
