brass windscreen frame

Have got a 1909 - 1915 brass windscreen frame, purchased from Speedway, the width is some 40", I'm shorty to start making the mould for the fibreglass body (C-Cab) and got to thinking how am I gonna fasten this windscreen frame, looking at pictures of restored T's it seems as though they have 3 brass clips that are fastened to the wooden firewall in the front (I guess also there are some on the inside to) they come up and curve around the frame slightly, I thought of making some of these as well as allowing a slight depression ontop of the firewall so that the windscreen frame sits into this. I also plan to have two steady rods coming down from where the windscreen hinges to the chassis rails. Oh! I've already had the frame glazed so dont really want to pull it apart. Any other ideas would be gratefully accepted......Phantom
