Easy wood dash

Having seen several T dashes that looked like they were made in shop class, I wanted an easy, good-looking wood panel for my T. I got a salvage office desk for $10, peeled the laminate, and sold the carcass for $5. Office desks have very hard, nice wood grain laminate that is perfect for a dash. Lay a base of cork gasket material, spray dash with carpet and headliner adhesive, trim the holes, and that's it. It's obviously owner-built but looks great and gets lots of compliments.
