Email addres banned by Administrator?

Hey guys, I just moved from Georgetown, TX to Richland, WA, and have a new email, which is lwmulno1@gmail.com. Tried to change it in my profile, and got a popup that my email address has been banned by the administrator...it's my new email address, so...??
