Hydro dipping

Are y'all aware of Hydro Dipping? It's really cool. I'm thinking of having some of my interior parts done later.

A friend of mine does that in his spare time. He did all his sons engine assy's to look like carbon fiber. Turned out pretty good looking.

I remember first seeing this with camo on hunting items years ago.
Looks cooler nowadays because you can get real graphics.
My only concern would be how durable the film might be since it's so thin to start with.
If something gets rubbed alot it might not last.
Not sure about heat tolerance either..

They're doing dragster valve covers now. This technology will advance for higher temps I'm sure.
