I sold the model A body, the engine and the trans. I kept the front axle, rear end and the frame. I'm now ahead by $75 :) Planning on selling the frame and rear end.

I'm not sure, but just so you know for sure. You don't need to click on the upload_2022-4-30_18-15-45.png every time you want to post a comment.

Try clicking on upload_2022-4-30_18-16-52.png to add comments to the thread you have already started. It will be at the bottom, underneath the comment you're presently reading.

Hopefully I'm not offending you. I never know what the background of the other person might be.

Nope, no offense taken I Appreciate the help. I'm about as green as it gets with forums and posting Never been on any forums so I'm learning as I go. Just like building my first car, it's a process I'll need to learn.

I'd thought I was goofing it up, that's why I stopped. That and I had to go roll the lawn.lol

You did guess that my favorite color is blue however my car will be a nice metallic black. The engine will be a sort of copper/ bronze. Not sure about the frame yet. I have a coworker that has offered to have it powder coated if I get his old VW running for him.

Now you got the hang of this forum thing, all your posts related to YOUR build will be contained in just one long thread. That's how some threads have multiple pages. You might want to start a new thread with a unique name now that you understand how this works. OR not if you don't mind having several "My first T" threads.

Maybe a forum Moderator could combine all those posts into one thread, although it might not be worth the work ???

@CheapT, you should be able to post pics now. Do you see the "Upload a File" button at the bottom.

If you do then use the link below if you need help with adding pics to your posts. You can also drag and drop pics into your posts if that is easier for you. Just make sure when you release the mouse button that it's where you want the pic to be placed in your post.

I guess I need a few more posts. Thanks for the link! I was looking at the image icon and scratching my head for a minute. Your way is much simpler and more what I'm used to doing. I'll keep watching for the upload button. I'll also start a new thread when the time comes. That seems like the easiest way to do it. Thanks for your Help!!!

We don't know why, but sometimes donating a few dollars seems to make the Donate button magically appear.

Thanks for the reminder!! I pledged 50 and now it's official!!
Seriously, I've been trying to get the membership for so long I forgot about my pledge. I really think its worth it. Like I said on facebook, I've gotten more than $50 worth of money saving info from the site.

You have a lot to learn Grasshopper.
Welcome and please look under all the Forums tech section and learn all that you can as you will become an engineer/electrical tech/front end specialist as well as much more.
