Hey guy I’m new here looking for some information on T’s.
I’m 38yrs old live in upper part of South Carolina
Working in the construction / fabrication field.
I’m 5’9” tall and 230lbs.
I love the concert of the t-bucket.

But not a fan of seating position most I see in picture look like people’s knees are at their ears or like they are sitting on the seat back.

If you guys have any pointers or picture showing how to get low seating please share

thanks again.

Welcome from Oklahoma. You may want to look for/at a stretched body. Your legs would be out straighter.

Welcome, Todd! I was also concerned about seating when building my bucket. I wanted to avoid the "sitting on" look, so I channeled my T severely over the frame rails so I could "sit in" it rather than "on it." The result is my seat is directly on the floor which leaves little floor room, but at 5'-4" I can live with it. I did consider building some kind of well for my feet below the frame line, but . . . never followed through. Like choppedtop says, your best option might be one of the 'stretched' bodies offered by all three of our sponsors. Take a look at their web sites. :)
