Posting a Photo - Everyting You Need to Know

I've posted this many times. Are most people using a photo posting website like Fickr or photobucket?

I am just using my desktop, and uploading from it. I know it is impossible if you don't have the "Upload a File" button located in the lower right hand corner. I think Photobucket is out of the picture now.
