rear leaf spring pics

hey looking to keep my horizontal? rear leaf spring on the old t when a new frame is made. anyone got any pics of this and how they are mounted. perch on frame specifically. I know how the T I have is mounted but I want to make sure this is the way I want to go before ordering frame.
