Residual Pressure Valve

Question our Tuesday night car club has been discussing my T Bucket and we have decided that I need an R.P.V. the question is does it mount before the adjustable proportioning valve or after it? This is going to the single line that feeds the back brakes. I say it goes after the adjustable valve not before it.

If your master cylinder is lower than the brake cylinder. As close to the master as possible, I have been told is best. Mine is before the proportioning valve.

I just installed a M.C. and R.P.V.s, and they are right after the Master cylinder, or before the Prop valve, and they work perfect. I hope this helps. Scott
