Ron, what's the width of your tunnel opening at the firewall?

I had to make my own because my car sits very low compared to most T's. It had to fit tight around the transmission to give me the most interior room possible. Here are some pictures of how I accomplished that task.

I used "plumbers tape" to form a skeleton framework that really fit tightly around the transmission.

I then covered the framework with gaff tape. You could also use duct tape.

After covering the areas that I did not want glassed, I proceeded to lay up the glass on the tunnel.

Once the glass had cured, I removed the skeletal framework and I had my transmission cover.

To make the cover removable, I made a half lap joint so that the cover fits flush on both sides of the floor and installed T nuts to secure it.

Being a nut for the "little things", I finished both sides for a slick look.

Ron, what's the width of your tunnel opening at the firewall?

The tunnel is 18" wide and 18" long and 8" tall, of course it can be trimmed and made smaller if needed.
