What happened to my log-in?

Tried to log in and everything about me had disappered ?? Had to have an E-Mail sent to me and a LOOOOONGGG log in number? Now I need to change my log in back to my old password. HOW?

I think under the My settings Dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the page. Then left side Change password

That's correct. That will allow you to change your password.
