Here are some photos of the upfit work so far. The original upholstery was stock TP and looked great. The years were showing and the thick bolster along the top flange of the body intruded into the cabin space. I found DIY pressure sensitive + hot glue carpet edging so I will make my own carpet components. Haven't had so much fun since I was a teenager working on my $100.00 cars.

Going with a bomber bench seat this time around. I'll update the pictures and show the before and after.

The tack rail left some serious holes in the body flange.

Found the old horn bolted underneath as well as a heat exchanger for the transmission and the chassis wiring. All surgically removed ;-)

The photo sequence doesn't accurately convey the hours spent designing, building and installing the new wiring, switches etc.
