I am very impressed. Be warned, I think you need to read the MSD on this stuff before exposing you and your babies to it. Help me out on a quick one. Would this be good on a water craft, just not on the prop? My thoughts are it would make the prop cavitate. I will let your mind run rampant with potential applications. One I thought of was inside of an engine, for oil return. I am not promoting or selling this stuff. Mike, if this is off limits, please cancel as needed.
We all know WD-40.
This is WD-41!
Check it out...

I would like to see the MSDS sheet for this stuff!

Now that could have some applications. But wonder just what it is and a good question how toxic?

I did a little more reading than I indicated in the OP. It seems to be OK after dried. In pre forms, I would not want to mess with it. I did the usual stupid stuff, paint with no protection, weld with no protection, use MEK, work with lead, etc, etc. I think I have finally gotten a little smarter and know I am not invulnerable. I am still amazed with the results of the treatment. Most of my applications lean toward mechanical, nascar, boats, but I do some shooting and wonder if there are applications there. I was hoping there would be more responses, suggesting applications that would impress me. For some of the more everyday applications, how would you like this on your wheels and tires, if they can get it to dry clear. You could spray the tread of your nemesis's tires.

Looks to me if you paint your car with it, you would never wash it again! However , at the same time you could never repair it after a wreck!

I think the average life was something like 8 months. In the demo s, it looks like the treated surface emits a layer of gas that will not let the water based substances attach. I would not want to sleep with my boots by the bed, if that has any kind of truth to it.
