I was wanting to see a pic of the front with headlights mounted lower. Looks to be a big block, I think? Tire size, because I like the stance, and why the fuel tank is mounted on the trunk?
It's not a big block, It's a small block.. The center exhaust ports are together. Big blocks have the ports evenly apart. This car was at the Goodguys Lonestar Nationals Oct 2nd. The rear tires were 285\60X15 all terrain SUV tires. Given the Military theme they looked OK, but I'm not sure how they'd look on a different car. It had bomber seats in it too. Very nice themed T-bucket.
shouldn't the headers, headlights and beauty rings be done in flat black to avoid sniper fire?

I would guess the reason the tank is mounted on top of the bed is because there is a huge kick in the frame to get the car as low as it is. There are several T's on the site that are running 285's, 275's and 265 tires. If a car is going to see lots of road miles, these tires are an excelellent choice. They will wear good and the ride is better that the wide types. When mounting the headlights low you need to watch so the tires don't narrow your luminated field. The other thing you will find is on coming traffic will be flashing thier lights thinking your have your high beams on. In some states there is a minimun height for headlights. You may want to check your states requirment for this.

Just found where I grabbed the pic from, it was for sale on the HAMB back in April. I don't really care for the tread on the tires, just like the overall stance. This way I know what to buy when I change out my wheels.
