It isn't in the classic sense, but I'd consider this to be malware. I don't relish the thought of my phone getting all bipolar.

BTW, calling Mr. Sheen bipolar is a disservice and an insult to those who suffer from bipolar personality disorder and manage to live productive and honorable lives while fighting it. My father was one such.
