Cheese Is Great

What took ya so long????

Ron < Packer fan now .. hahaha

[_______] Viking superbowl trophy case Sorry had to

Grew up in Chicago area so was hoping that Bears would win. But, Packers are OK too. Just hope NFC wins Super Bowl. Never did care much for those dirty, rotten, cheating Stealers...oops, I meant Steelers. Haven't folowed football much since Kurt Warner left St. Louis.

grrrrrrrrr from a disappointed Bears fan. At least they made it interesting at the end. I was just thinking of how bad GB would have felt being beat by a 3rd string QB.

This is sacrilege coming from a Bears fan, but I hope they beat the Steelers!

Yup, I was there.

It was 1967, married < 2 yrs, big beer drinker and off to the Packers-Dallas Game at -17 below zero. with three buddies. Holy Fecal Matter, it was cold. They said about 15 beer trucks had frozen tha there was no beer. The bottles of hard stuff were passing through the aisles - the lines to pee were long like the lines to the ladies room because we were all dressed so heavy-ily.

Traffic on the way back to Brookfield ( Milwaukee) was so thick we peed in Jack bottles and poured'em out the windows - guys in the back seat had to duck the spray.

If only I had kept the ticket stub to that game, I could sell it on eBay.... for what thirty-nine cents?

Hey Rotor-flap......too much detail. Way too much detail. Also, long lines might have been affected by cold weather shrinkage factor.

First off, I've been a Bears fan for 50 years, but I reckon I've just become a Steelers fan, because my two favorite teams are the Bears and whoever happens to be playing the Packers.

Been a Packers fan since the early '70s - and back then they really did suck. BUT when they didn't win a game it didn't bother you too much because you expected it, when they won??? AWESOMENESS.

If you've never been to WI, you're missing out. It is indeed a beautiful state.

I was lucky enough to be able to attend a game at Lambeau Field (it just so happened to be Aaron Rodgers' first game as a starter) a few years ago, and it was a dream come true.

Yes, I'm exited the Pack made it to the big show.

sorry but ain't no way in heck I will EVER root for da Steelers (Luv Ya Blue days still hurt too much) I still say we was robbed back in 1978 with that pass to Mike Renfro that was ruled null and void. That was the play that started the instant replay debate.

Come on Packs, kick some Steeler butt.

If this was Facebook I'd LIKE Blown T's comment.

GO PACK GO!

edit:boss in town and I am typiong too fast

I figured I'd dig this old thread up just one more time.

The Green Bay Packers... Super Bowl Champs, are taking the Lombardi home to Titletown.

Cheese is great indeed.

Now I need to start making plans to get up there for another game at Lambeau.
