Dual barrel carb scoop rotating while driving

Just got my 24 T bucket and it has a Jegs dual barrel carb scoop installed. It seems the only thing that holds it in place is the air filter cleaner stud and bolt on the carb, Holley 4160. Anyway the thing kinda moves and rotates, it’s not holding in place.
I don’t want to crank the wing nut down like crazy on the air filter as it just collapses the center of the air cleaner. Anyone figured out a fix for this?

Put a small tube over the stud that goes between the carb and the inside/top of the scoop. Then when you tighten down it will not collapse the scoop, you will be tightening against the tube/spacer.

Still have to be careful to not over tighten, I would say no more than tightening by hand.

My Hilborn scoop does the same thing. It's only held on by a small 7/16" or 1/2" hex nut. Another possible suggestion...make yourself a flat, circular rubber gasket that lays under the scoop. That may provide some added traction to prevent the scoop from rotating.
