getting ready for tires and wheels for the t, running 15x31/2 wheels up front . what diameter tire do you run up front? im looking at 1558015

Here's what I'm running on that size wheel. I was going for a fairly extreme "bigs-n-littles" look.

Linky thingy... Firestone 125R15

125R15 has to be the next best thing to a wirewheel tire. That looks great, Lee. I dig the flame job too!

Glen , id have to say it all depends on the back tire size to me. I ordered a set of 135 r 15 to replace my 165 because i have a 29 inch tall rear tire and I wanted more of a rake and since it was cheaper to go down in size on front tire vs going bigger on rear thats what i did. I like the 165r with a 31 inch tall rear tire ,the 29 looks better with a 135 or 145 in my opinion. I would think the 155 80 would look too bulgy on a 3.5 rim but if thats the look your are after and are happy with it ,thats really all that matters. Build what makes you happy.

Glenn, take a look at my photos for the 155/80R15. I am running 15X4 inch wheels on the front. I think I might look at the 125's.

Wow! I was way off on the 155/80 looking to big, Man Eric that looks great not at all what i thought a 155 would be. I thought it would be alot taller since mine are 135 r it must be in the 80 size rating . I think that is the 80 percent of 155 or something like that..Anyway they look great. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Mine had 165's on 5 1/2" rims on the front when i bought it but to me they just looked to small with the M/T 29X15.50's. And since i wanted a tad more oil pan clearance (stupid potholes and speed bumps!!!) i replaced them with a 195/65's.
