Full fendered bucket

You're right, VERY cool. When I lived in Pennsylvania years ago I started building a fendered T like this one because back then Pa had stupid fender and hood laws. I sold it when I moved.

He did a nice job on the one you pictured.

Larry here is your pic Pretty cool bucket.

I'm guessing it's a 'glass car. I wonder if he used a regular T-Bucket frame.

Yeah it is sitting unchanneled on top of the frame. When I was building mine I did it the same way and it is amazing what picking up 4 inches of height does for leg room and letting you sit down in the car. That little T is so cool I am rethinking maybe building one with fenders, and I HATE FENDERS.:lol:

No, that really is a sharp looking T and different too.

There are a couple of those up here, the fender laws up here are a bit weird so I guess its just easier with them.

As long as its not raining you do not need them, if it is raining and you are on the way home, you don't need them. If its raining and you are just out driving around, you need them.

I am thinking of running some on the front mounted using the spindle bolts, and on the rear attached to the jag outer axle thing. So they will float with the suspension. Probably be chopped up motor cycle wheel covers.

Yup, I'm already planning for motorcycle fenders....we are supposed to have 'em, but there are quite a few rods here running without 'em and I don't need the hassle so I'll go with 'em. From what I've seen, if you do it right, they're not too noticable.

Looks really neat! Water flying on you from the front AND rear can be an annoyance, but I just deal with it, but I can see myself having some type of fenders in the FAR future.

Fender laws are simple here. We MUST run fenders but morotcyce-style are ok.
We have a place called Princess Auto Supplies. Not as much junk as the reputation your HF seems to have but a lot of "stuff".
They have a utility/trailer fender that is perfect for the tight-to-the-tire fender look that ride with the suspension. They almost disappear from a few feet away.
Check these out.

Maybe you can find something like that.
My preference are the 28-29 fenders. All roundy and stuff. But a set of 27s can bring "the look" too. My 27 Tudor will have 29-style fenders IF I can get the English wheel to think like me :D. But that's a l-o-n-g way away.
Which ones you use all depends on you. :)

the fenders are 26/27 t all you have to do is shorten the aprons and make 4 l brackets to mount the running boards

I'm so tempted to unchannel mine and do fenders. I've always liked full fendered T's. But i think i would lengthen the bed.
