Get out of bed

Now you've got me thinking. I set my watch ahead about 10pm last night and I went to bed shortly after. I got up at 5:30 this morning but now I'm wondering if I went to bed on the new time (11pm) or the old. Did I get 6 hours of sleep or 7. I'll take a nap later and figure it our once I'm rested.
