Did you guys see the article about the guy that sues McDonalds for 1.5 million after not receiving enough napkins???? Really!

How many napkins are you offered with your order at McDonald's? Do you think it's enough? One man is suing the Golden Arches for a lack of napkins after only receiving one at his local McDonald's.

According to TMZ, Webster Lucas was unhappy with his local McDonald's in Pacoima, CA after he received just one napkin. When he asked for more, Lucas claims he was denied. That did not sit well with Lucas, who told the manager on duty, "I should have went to eat at the Jack-in-the-Box because I didn't come here to argue over napkins. I came here to eat." According to Lucas, who is African American, the manager then made a racially-motivated remark, allegedly saying something about "you people." (The manager is reportedly Latino.)

After the verbal disagreement, Lucas emailed the general manager of the McDonald's to say that Napkingate caused him "mental anguish," which has prevented him from working. The general manger offered Lucas free burgers, but Lucas instead decided to sue McDonald's for $1.5 million.

Based on this account, do you think Lucas deserves compensation?

Yea. Flipping rediculous. I think im going to sue to. Im suing for mental anguish and loss of lunch time. Because every time I go through the drive thru I have to pull because my microwaved fresh kangaroo burger isnt ready. They have no ide how this stresses me out

Yeah I agree But it seems the dumb arses are taking over. Deal with them every day. Seems our socialist nation is spitting more of them out every day. Everybody seems to want something for nothing, easily offended, and not working. As Tim Wilson, may he RIP, used to say "Its a sorry world" But we still have to live here. Funny how the DA says he couldn't work, Hmm! I'm just saying. Lets just hope he doesn't go before one of our famous out of touch with reality judges. On the subject of napkins we just carry a roll of paper towels in the car. Got tried of dealing with the widgets at the fast food joints.

Not that judges are the final word. But, I think the judges should fine the attorneys for even bringing these case to court. Fine them for wasting our tax dollars and time. Common sense seems to have left our court systems. Never mind don't get me started and ruin a nice day.
