3:29 your time is 4:29 my time. I'm up at 4 every morning. Just my habit. I do my exercises - physical and spiritual - then I'm ready to meet the day!

I woke up early, 4:30-5:00 every day until I retired 10 years ago. Habits are hard to change. I still do that today! Happy early morning! On the other side of that, I’m sleeping by 9:00 pm many nights.

I have been stuck in a 4 AM time frame way before I retired and still to this day........Yes at 9 PM I am done for the day..........Just wondering why Spanky was up so early cause I thought it was only old people the did that early posting crap///////////////..............LOL.....
