A frame a couple of ATV tires and a 5 HP B&S engine and my grandsons would be the envy of every kid in town. I have to make sure that none of them ever see that picture or I'll never hear the end of it, LOL.

Sorry buddy but (IMHO) they should go straight up. You could come up with such a TRICK filter for them it would be awesome. Just imagine (and I know you can) what things you could do with 8 pipes in a nice regular rectangle.
Dont know why but the side inlets always seem to distract from the rest of the engine. And you have a mother of an engine in your T. everything on a T seems to go straight up, The firewall the screen the rad the back of the Bucket etc etc
As we always say
Its your T so do what you want or IYTSDWYW. Whatever you do will be good in my eyes.
Remember you took a East West engine and mounted it the wrong way. How many people would do THAT... or COULD do that
