Dave Freiburger posts on fb: "Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys has died. He’s at the far left in this photo by Tom Medley of Hot Rod magazine in front of Capital Records in Hollywood. This was 1963, the same year Little Deuce Coupe was released. It’s also a well known roadster, but specifics slip my mind at the moment. Of course Wilson also had a hand in gearhead classics like “409” and “Shut Down.” He was also considered a musical genius, and his studio work on the Pet Sounds album directly influenced Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Godspeed, Brian Wilson."

I heard about this on the radio. SXM has a Beach Boys channel, 79, that's holding a tribute to Brian Wilson all day today and tomorrow from what I hear. I have it on in my truck now.
