In dash shifter...

I had a customer owe me some money and he ended having to give up his bucket to cover the debt. Anyhow, I am trying to go through everything now. Check out the picture of the shifter in the dash...does anyone else have this set up???

Motor is a 350...like I said...still going through everything....dude wasn't too happy in having to let it go...ill post more pictures tomorrow, I hadn't seen this set up before...was curious if anyone else had anything similar...thanks for the reply.

So is it just like a B&M shifter but mounted to the dash instead of being mounted to the floor?

I had one of those in my seat riser. No real shifter, no gate, just a lever attached to a long Morse cable to the tranny. Works fine as long as the tranny has good detents to hold it in gear.

Corvair, Dodge pickups used in dash shifters. I built my own version and mounted it next to my right leg on the seat riser. It has gates and neutral safety switch. I will load pictures if interested.
