Very nice. What year and how much? You could almost trim some metal here and there and mount the whole thing to the rear.Just dont make it to weak.
Here is a cool version.I like the inboard shocks and the levers. Also the outboard calipers.

Now look closely as to how this is mounted to the chassis from the factory and if you also mount your's like this, only pretty, you will now will have a very good working Jag rear suspension that will be quiet and smoother than if it were bolted directly to a frame with no rubber mounts... Just make the lower radius rod round and strong and longer than the stock factory arms... IMHO :)

Ted,

Two requests:

1-Regarding that JAG IRS mount that you and GAB posted. Would you please re-post that drawing with dimensions?

2-Would you please be specific on the dimensions that you are suggesting for the stronger lower radius rod?

Thanks in advance!!!!!

As far a size, to each frame that is already built, you must custom fit that cross member to your frame... and if you use only one tube for a radius rod/control arm, I would use at least 1 and 1/4" OD X .188 DOM wall min. My friend uses 1 3/8" OD x .156 wall Mild steel, DOM... Or you can make them look like regular double tube radius rods like used on a straight rear end, if you have the room, but still use the single pivot at the rear end mounting point.

I got two JAG rear ends (the one in the pictures is posi), new calipers, new brake pads and 4 new rotors for $500

Ted,

Would you please provide the dimensions for the drawing based on the standard CCR frame width?

Thanks,

Mark

Here is the drawing of the Jag Mounting unit that was posted. I can't get into the CAD program right now to do a 2D drawing for dimensioning. It's on an old computer that starts up and gets to a certain part of the startup routine and then restarts and cycles this way as long as you let it go. Guess that I need a computer magician.
